## How pricing works

Flowzio: Priced on email sends only. Contacts are unlimited on every plan, including Free (1,000 sends a month). Paid plans start at $15 a month for 15,000 sends, with $1 per 1,000 after that.

Shopify Email: Stores on Shopify plans get 10,000 free emails a month, then pay $1 per 1,000 emails up to 300,000. Abandoned checkout emails are free and do not count toward the allowance. **Is Flowzio a Shopify Email alternative?** Yes. Both price on sends. Flowzio adds AI-drafted flows and campaigns, segments, signup forms, landing pages and multi-brand accounts, and works with stores outside Shopify; Shopify Email is built into Shopify admin with nothing to connect.

**Does Flowzio work with Shopify?** Yes, through Shopify's own webhooks: a small handler on your server forwards orders, checkouts and refunds to Flowzio's API. The Tracking API guide has the handler. There is no Flowzio app in the Shopify App Store today.
