Support

Answers to the questions that come up most, and a real person on the other end of the email when they don't cover it.

Get in touch

Email support@flowzio.ai and describe what you were doing and what happened. If it involves a specific campaign, flow or contact, include its name - it saves a round trip.

Response time

Within one business day. Anything that stops you sending gets looked at first.

Sending and delivery

My emails are going to spam.Almost always DNS rather than content. Under Settings → Email & domain, verify your sending domain - that publishes the SPF and DKIM records receiving servers look for. A domain sending without them is treated as unproven, no matter what the email says.

Nothing is sending at all. Two things stop every send: an unverified email address on your account, and a paused brand. Both are shown on the dashboard rather than failing quietly.

A campaign says “sending” and has not finished. Large campaigns go out in slices so one send cannot monopolise the queue. A campaign on a daily cap continues the next day rather than failing - the progress bar shows where it is.

Someone unsubscribed but still got an email. If it was already queued when they unsubscribed, it may have gone out. Nothing new will. If you see it happen twice, that is worth an email to us.

AI credits

What uses a credit?Anything the AI writes or rewrites - a campaign, a flow, a subject line, an email from scratch. The exact cost per action is listed under Settings → Billing & usage.

When do they refill? Daily credits reset at midnight Eastern. Purchased credit packs never expire, and your free daily credits are always spent first - so a pack is only touched once the day's allowance is gone.

I ran out mid-project. Nothing stops. Flows and campaigns still build with ready-made copy; only the AI writing pauses. You can also buy a pack, which is available immediately.

Billing

Where do I change or cancel my plan?Settings → Billing & usage → Manage billing. That opens the payment portal, where you can switch plans, update a card, download invoices or cancel.

Does cancelling delete my data? No. Cancelling drops you to the Free plan - your contacts, campaigns and flows stay. Deleting your account is a separate, deliberate action.

I was charged for an extra brand. Plans include a set number of brands and bill per brand beyond that, because each one is its own sending domain and reputation. The amount is shown before you add one.

Your data

  • Exporting contacts.Contacts → Export gives you a CSV of everything stored for the brand you are in.
  • A subscriber asking to be deleted. Find them in Contacts and delete - that removes the record and its history. Unsubscribing keeps the record so they are never re-added by an import.
  • Deleting your account. Email us and we will do it, including everything stored for your brands. It is not reversible, so we will confirm once before acting.

What we store and why is set out in the privacy policy.

Reporting a bug

The three things that make a bug fixable in one reply rather than four:

  • What you expected, and what happened instead.
  • The page you were on - the URL is enough.
  • Roughly when, so we can find it in the logs.

A screenshot beats a description. If something is broken and costing you sends, say so in the subject - those get looked at first.

Still stuck?
